I am so excited for my FIRST giveaway!
One reader will get a Young Living Essential Oils Tranquil Roll-On (retail: $29.93) I use this roll-on all the time and love it. It can be kept in your purse, diaper bag, desk drawer or car–ready in times when you need a little support in calming down and relaxing. Personally, I have one on my night stand and rub some on my temples and under my nose before I go to sleep. It has really helped me enter a more restful sleep, especially if I’ve had a harried day.
Tranquil Essential Oil Roll-On is a blend of lavender, cedarwood, and Roman chamomile essential oils. These oils have been found to substantially reduce restlessness, anxious feelings, and calm the mind and body. And who couldn’t use some of that?!?
Here are the ways you can enter:
1. Leave a comment on this post, let me know what your favorite smell is!
2. Follow me on Twitter, and then leave a tweet about this giveaway and make sure I get it.
3. Subscribe to The WellGrounded Life and then let me know your following in the comments!
I’ll close the entries Tuesday, March 10 at Noon EST and announce the winner on this post then.
We have a winner!

I often use melatonin to help me fall asleep and I’m wondering if this roll on would be helpful in that way? Thanks Lisa! I’m also a subscriber through Google Reader.
