Today we are going to focus on how integral movement is to cleansing.
Physical movement is actually a phenomenal way to create spaciousness and flow, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally, as well.
And as the weather makes its transition into warmer and longer days, it’s a perfect time to get outside and take a daily walk.
So adding something as simple as a 10 minute brisk walk everyday for the remainder of the week – is an excellent shift.
But there are many other ways to bring in movement as well- and I want to share one of them with you in today’s video.
This is a simple series of energy medicine practices that focus on keeping your lymph system flowing and supported.
I’m willing to bet you’ll feel a huge difference not only in your body, but also your emotional and mental well-being when you bring more movement in on a regular basis!
