*Special Report: Natural Ways to Relieve PMS

I am having a blast going through The Stress Cure course with almost 300 women from all over the world!

We are only half way through but the energy, testimonies and changes that are already being shared has completely inspired me.

During one of the teleclasses, a number of women asked me if I would address the issue of dealing naturally with their PMS symptoms.

I put together this special report in response to their questions and wanted to share it with you as well.

I would love to hear your thoughts about the report once you read it!

Enjoy!

  1. Thanks so much for putting this together, Lisa! I read it as soon as it hit my inbox, and with thrilled with how much new information I was armed with to make changes.. I am planning a second read-through so I can mark out what I’ll be doing. Thank you, thank you!

  2. thank you lisa!! i’m very much enjoying the stress class! i can’t believe how much i’ve learned in such a short amount of time. you and the class are a godsend to me!!

i had a question about the pms report (thank you by the way)… one of my yoga books says that we shouldn’t do yoga during our period… why is that? do you agree? also, you mentioned need rest periods during the month… when should that be? right before our period, during, after? this is all new to me! thanks so much!!

    1. Dear Stacey,

Thank you for your feedback– so glad you are enjoying the course!

I think just intuitively it makes sense what your yoga teacher advised in terms of during your period allowing your body a bit more rest and opportunity to proceed through it’s work without too much outer physical interference…but you’d have to talk with her to see if there are other specific reasons since I am not a yogi at all ๐Ÿ™ Would love to do more of it though ๐Ÿ™‚

I think in terms of rest, that also may be a question you and your body has the best answer for. I know for myself I am actually far more tired, cranky, in need of slow down time right before I actually get my period…and feel my energy returning during my period itself. But for you that time of really needing to turn inward and slow down may be different– have you noticed when you feel like you are pushing it?

  3. Hi Stacey!

I just found you through your comment over on Marie and Laura’s RHH B-School video today and wow, am I ever glad I clicked over here!!!

This report could not be better timing for me, as this is something I have been researching and focusing on lately, to try and solve my severe cramps issue. I have saved this and will read at my leisure later this evening. Thank you so so much for sharing! ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. Stacie – from what I’ve heard you specifically shouldn’t do inversion yoga postures during your period because it affects blood flow. It’s not that all yoga would be out.
