If you dream of working in women’s wellness, now’s your time.

When it comes to women’s wellness, you love the topic.
You love the daily practices, reading about it, watching documentaries about it, and talking with your friends about it.
It seems wellness is a thread that’s been part of your life for a while.
Dreaming about wellness? You’ve got that covered.
You may have even studied health and fitness in some form or another at school. Maybe you once had or currently have your own bodywork or health-related professional practice.
Simply put, you know just how much better life can be when we take the time to care for ourselves.
But…you have people in your life who depend on you – kids who need help with homework, a partner you support, and a home to keep up with. From caregiver to homemaker to mother to wife, you wear a lot of hats and play many roles.
And you aren’t willing to sacrifice those things in order to pursue a new career path.
What if you could find a way to pursue something you are passionate about while still honoring your family priorities?
What if you could make great income while having a hugely positive impact in women’s lives?
And what if this work actually helped you take better care of yourself and experience more energy and vitality, too?

Let me see if this resonates…
- You would love to share your passion for wellness with women who need to hear the message and learn the tools that will help them live calmer, healthier, more energized lives.
- You want to be the trusted expert. The sharer of resources. The inspirer who catalyzes them to take this knowledge and let it infuse every inch of their lives with connection and meaning.
- You love being on your own self-care journey, as messy and imperfect as it often (okay, usually) is. But you know there’s a little voice that keeps whispering to you, clueing you in from a deep part of yourself, that there’s still something missing.
- You long to serve in a more profound way. You want to work with women and help them discover their vision of a more fulfilling life.
- And you also want the freedom and flexibility in your time and schedule to prioritize your family in exactly the ways you want to.
Or maybe…
- You already are working in the wellness field, and you want to open up new ways to serve your community and increase revenues without investing hundreds of hours creating new material and content.
Dreaming of doing life-giving work while making a great income? You’re in the right place.
Message from Lisa

Lisa Grace Byrne, MPH
Founder and Director of WellGrounded Institute
Hello and Welcome!
I’m Lisa Grace Byrne and I’m the founder and director of WellGrounded Institute. I have a passion for helping women nurture and maintain their well-being and vitality…but my personal story begins in motherhood.
When I became a mother, I had no idea how it would shake up my world.
Even with academic degrees in biochemistry and public health, I found myself completely unprepared to take care of my own well-being while caring for my children and running my home.
The stress, depression, and overwhelm left me reeling, and as much as I love my family, I also felt frustrated and unfulfilled.
(Which naturally made me feel selfish and ungrateful. Shouldn’t my family be enough to keep me happy?)
This is the same catch-22 I hear from women I work with all around the world. There seems to be three competing needs vying for our focus all the time- the care of our families, the care of our own well-being, and our inner need for personal growth and purpose.
For a while I believed they were all on opposite teams fighting it out on a daily basis.
Until a different truth emerged.
The priority of my family, my own self-care and having meaningful work are all essential PARTS of what makes me feel whole.
They weren’t “competing” needs as much as they were all important pieces of the bigger puzzle.
What starts to happen when we consistently, over long stretches of time, deny our truest dreams for the sake of our family is we stop shining so brightly. We diminish the very thing we want to give those we love … our best selves.
Over time, personally, I learned that meaningful work was part of what kept me feeling fulfilled, happy, and growing.
Your work is an essential part of your life ~ you should get to love it all.
For years now, I’ve developed and taught classes to moms on how to gain back their own well-being and vitality. That’s how Replenish 365, my comprehensive women’s wellness program was created that I now lead annually.
It’s been an incredible gift to serve in this way and see the impact reverberate through each one of them.
And as these women began to restore their own well-being and vitality through self care, I began to hear the same need for meaningful work surface for so many of them as well.
Many of the women in my programs would approach me saying they wished they could do what I was doing.
They wanted to teach wellness to other tapped out women and moms who needed it just as badly as they did before they got involved with WellGrounded Life’s programs.
They wanted to begin doing meaningful work that tapped into their own interests and passions…and impacted others helping them restore their well-being, too..
The only problem was they didn’t know where to start.
Sound familiar?
If the idea of working as a women’s wellness educator lights something up within you, but you fear saying yes to a new career path will require more time or energy than you have, I’m here to show you how you can make this work for you and your family.
And I would absolutely love to give you the specific tools, resources, education and support to help you do it.
That’s why I’ve created and designed this truly comprehensive program, which gives you everything you need to create a sustainable, prosperous business rooted in science-based wellness education.

Eye-opening and inspiring!Lisa’s guidance has given me the confidence to start this business. As the year progresses, I’m amazed at how all of my concerns are answered and my wellness education toolbox is just filled to overflowing with great ideas.

Amazing! Far exceeded my expectations.I went from a dream to running a real business, one that has an incredible impact on all of the women I’m lucky enough to work with.
Still wondering if WellGrounded Institute is for you?
I know how big investments in ourselves can bring up all our “stuff.”
We all desire to be cautious and smart around what we invest in while also wanting to feel bold around decisions that will open up exciting opportunities in the future.
You might feel nervous right now…or even a little selfish for wanting something that is just for you.
As a mom of three adorable, feisty kids (plus a 110 pound yellow lab), not to mention wife to my sweetheart, I know what it’s like to feel the pull of others’ needs and desires.
But I want to ask you something – when was the last time you actually said yes to something for you and your future?
When was the last time you invested in something that had the potential to dramatically change the direction of your life?
When you’re always taking care of other people, it’s easy to let your visions and dreams fall by the wayside – to feel as if the boat has set sail already..
But you know what? It hasn’t.
That boat – your life – hasn’t left the harbor without you. You get to tell that boat when to leave and where to go.
You can build a beautiful business that is meaningful for you and deeply serves you, your family, and the worthy women you want to support.
In reality our work is an essential part of our lives…why can’t we love it all?
Truth is, we can.
If that tiny voice in the back of your mind is still whispering to you that this could be it, I encourage you to listen closely. There is no better time to start than now.
It would be an honor to support you in opening up the next chapter of your life.
Every training class has a limited number of seats to allow for a small-group learning and mentorship experience and for each participant to feel well-supported with personal attention throughout the program. When you sign up a seat is reserved for you.
But while this is a non-refundable enrollment, it is not high risk.
The largest concern participants have when signing up is the worry they will not be able to complete the graduation requirements within the 12 month program period.
We understand this completely. Life happens and sometimes we need more time to see through a commitment than we previously thought we’d need.
Here’s how we’ve designed the program to take the time-risk completely out of the picture.
1. This program is designed so that you can consume the material with maximum flexibility.
- After a module and its materials are released you can access them at any time that works best for you. Some participants keep up with the work weekly, others reserve time once a month to review and engage in the materials in larger chunks. Many will allow their own life schedules to dictate when and how they will continue working through the program materials.
- Every participant has up to 6 months after the graduation date to complete all the necessary assessments for the program certification.
- All materials are downloadable so you can save the materials as part of your own lifetime library of resources.
2. If “Life Happens” early on, you can defer to a future training class.
- If necessary, within the first 3 months after enrollment, you can request to defer your enrollment for a future training class that begins within one year of your original enrollment date.
- In this way, you can participate in a future training class and receive the ongoing support of that class’ training period if something unforeseen happens within the first 3 months of your original enrollment date that will not allow you to fully participate and benefit from the mentorship support throughout the program year.

Got Questions?
Here are a handful of the most frequently asked questions we receive and our answers.
If you had any additional questions, we’d love to answer them for you!
You can always reach out to a WellGrounded Institute team member (have I mentioned our stellar, attentive and wonderful-to-work-with team ready to take excellent care of you throughout your whole experience as a student of the program?!)… we’d be thrilled to connect with you and support you in any way possible.

The short answer to this question is that, typically, health coaching training programs prepare you to work one-on-one with clients to support them on their personal health journeys, while the WellGrounded Life Women’s Wellness Certification and Training program prepares you to teach and lead classes, courses, workshops, retreats, and talks to groups of women on the breadth of wellness materials covered in the program.
As the creator and director of this training program, I was formally trained as a health coach in addition to my years of university studies in science and public health , and while I loved the idea of health coaching as a business, my life as a mother to three young children didn’t work as well with the one-on-one model of health coaching.
Furthermore, I knew that beyond being a gifted guide and supporter of women on their health journeys, I wanted to be able to teach, educate, inspire, and equip women with tools and knowledge that would help them change their lives and their families’ lives … and in order to do that I needed to have a cohesive body of knowledge about the most critical areas of support women needed to learn as they sought to bring in more calm, connection, and vitality to their lives.
This was the impetus for my early work shifting as a wellness educator rather than a health coach. It is a model that allows you to work with groups of women versus the one-on-one client based model. Wellness educating allows you to expand your reach \ and impact by reaching larger audiences and capitalizing on the synergistic power of group dynamics. There is something incredibly healing when groups of women come together to learn and grow!
While many women are starting new careers as wellness educators through the WGL Certification Program, others are combining their health coaching backgrounds (or other service oriented healing backgrounds – like massage therapists, cognitive therapists, physical therapists, Reiki masters, yoga teachers, etc.) with wellness education to expand their offerings and reach new and larger groups of women to serve.
Traditionally when we enter a new career path, we are expected to invest years of time in education which costs tens of thousands of dollars, only to start job searching with very little practical, “on-the-job” skills or training.
The WellGrounded Institute’s Certification and Training Program is streamlined to give you a solid education paired with practical skills and business support that equips you to get up and running, doing meaningful work, and making a great income quickly.
Let’s look at the math.
Here are some simple price points and potential income scenarios (for a beginning wellness educator) that can be generated when you begin to offer classes and workshops after certification. Please remember this is not a guarantee of income earned as every business grows and develops earning potential based on a multitude of different variables.
~ If you taught a one-hour class, priced at $20 per student and had 10 students sign up, that class would bring in $400 for one hour of teaching.
~ If you taught one class per month for 6 months at $20 a class with 20 students, you would make $2400 for one hour of teaching a month over six months.
Here are other potential offerings and earnings you could begin to make early on:
One individual workshop (2 hours long) $50 x 10 students= $500
One workshop per month for 6 months, $50 x 10 students = $3000
One short course (3 class series) $100 x 20 students = $2,000
Two short courses within 6 months time $100 x 20 students = $4000
One longer course (6 class series) $200 x 20 students = $4000
One longer course (12 class series) $400 x 10 students = $4000
These are just a handful of examples to help you begin to see the income potential of this work. You will be fully equipped to teach a myriad of classes, workshops, courses, and program offerings as a key part of your certification.
If you can’t make a profit early on, plus have a solid plan for growing and increasing your profits as you go, you simply won’t be able to sustain this much needed, life-giving work. The work must support you and your family as much as it helps and inspires those you serve. That kind of profitability and scalability is built into the business model of being a wellness educator from the get-go.
I was able to make a profit in my first year of business (working anywhere from 5 – 20 hrs/wk) and have watched my revenue steadily increase every year since.
You will be able to decide how often you want to work. If you prefer very part-time work, you will be fully equipped to lead a class or two every month. Or you could grow your business into a part-time job that pays full-time wages. You get to choose.
Traditionally, when you become licensed to use material through a training program you are required to retain that brand when you promote any services using those materials. For example, if you got trained as a Zumba instructor and began teaching Zumba classes, you would have to explicitly call your classes Zumba.
This is not the case with the WellGrounded Institute training program. You are licensed to use all the materials as part of this program under your own unique brand, class name, and business title. The only requirement is that direct use of the materials in full or in part must be properly cited back to this program. This means you must retain a footer citation (or in-text citation) that credits the teaching material as authored by Lisa Grace Byrne, MPH as part of the WellGrounded Institute Training Program For Women’s Wellness Educators. This is simply a gold-standard way to properly credit information and material from its source. As a wellness educator you should be doing this with any material you share or source your information from as part of your course teachings.
You are not only welcome but encouraged to make this career path your own. The material is ready to be used fully on its own … and also, can be merged with your own personally sourced information, past education, or interests. For example, women who have been part of this training program have blended this materials with their own interests and backgrounds in art therapy, mom and teen-daughter connections, photography, yoga, body-work, and natural cooking demonstrations to name a few.
In order to access all the materials you will need access to a computer that can stream videos from a webpage, play an audio file from a webpage, download pdf materials, and open a Word document. To participate in the group support options you will need to have a Facebook account (if you would like to join and participate in the private FB group) and access to a phone line or Skype account (if you would like to participate in the group mentorship Q+A calls with Lisa).
Finally, upon filling out the enrollment form and your payment processing, you will be sent a Program Agreement. You must sign and return this program agreement (which is done through Echosign via the computer) before you will have any access to the program materials, program emails, or program support options. If you’d like to review the agreement, you can click HERE to see a copy of it.
Additionally there is a final project requirement which asks you to teach or lead a class, workshop or program (either paid or free) before the graduation date and provide documentation and feedback on that experience.
This program is not for everyone and I understand that.
The truth is, you likely already have your answer. But if you’re having a hard time hearing it clearly, here’s a simple exercise that helps me when I need to tap into my own wise, inner place of discernment.
First, quiet your mind, let your breathing become calm, and imagine any anxiety, tension, or urgency you might be feeling to flow out and away from you.
Now in your mind’s eye, imagine saying YES to this program.
After you’ve fully felt the sense of saying YES . . . of already enrolling and securing a seat in the class, notice how that feels.
In your mind: where do your thoughts go? In your body: is there more openness, relief, or peace?
Imagine how your future self will feel a year from now after completing the program and having this work a regular part of your life.
Next, imagine your answer as a NO.
What happens then? How does that feel – both in your mind and in your body?
Imagine how your future self may feel if your answer is NO right now.
Allow yourself to get honestly curious with these two scenarios.
After gathering all the important information our mind needs, our hearts can tell us exactly what we need to do when we slow down and listen.
You say you’re a YES?
If this feels like synchronicity, join me and a wonderful, motivated, smart and supportive group of women inside The WellGrounded Institute’s Certification and Training Program.
We can’t wait to have you with us!
