I've recently started listening to my body as my way of getting healthy and losing some weight. Restricting food always led me to intense cravings and rellying on willpower never got me anywhere! Since focusing on the real issues of when I eat and how much I have been surprised at how much my body actually speaks to me. Along with a recent sugar hangover, I think I am learning alot!
